October 29, 2008 It was about a 3 hour walk to Ringmu, where I had lunch with 2 Germans from Dresden and a Korean man. The Dresden couple, Annett & Lutz, were on the bus to Jiri with me also.
From Ringmu, it took about one hour to reach the pass and then another 90 minutes to Nunthala, where I stayed for the night. There was much dancing and singing in the village, as this was a festival time of many days. Children were not in school because of the festival.
