April 2, 2007 On Monday I took a bus back to Cordoba and then took an overnight bus to Salta. At the Backpackers Hostel, I bought tour tickets and a bus for Chile in a few days.
The Tuesday tour left at 7:30 AM and we had 18 people on the bus. Initially the route followed the path of Tren de los Nubes up a canyon. We visited a large Indian ruins at Chorillos. Then we drove on to lunch at San Antonia de los Cobras. Our guide, Diego, was very entertaining and informative.
