August 2, 1992 Took bus to Bogota at 5 AM, although it may have been the 4 AM bus. It is hard to say because although Columbia is on Daylight Savings Time, many people don t accept it and go on the old time. In Bogota I saw some museums.
August 6, 1992 Went north to Tunja. Spent a couple days there with a one day trip to the beautiful colonial town of Villa de Leyva. In the market there, I by chance met the radical Israeli couple from the Bolivia hike.
