May 6, 2014 Walked to the small village of El Ganso. Had a great time at Albergue Gabino with a number of pilgrim musicians. There were accordian players, guitars, drums, and other percussion instruments. Mary made a pasta dinner for everyone.

May 7, 2014 In the morning we reached the Cruz de Ferro. It was a warm day for walking and the downhill walk to Acebo seemed very long. We stayed at Meson El Acebo, a crowded though friendly place. Had a great pork steak for dinner.
