May 16, 2015 Had a big hotel breakfast. It was a pleasant day. I saw a number of others on the trail, including some who had stayed at the Hazel hotel.
I found nothing open for groceries or meals. I was very low on food. Eventually found a place to camp close to the Romischer Gutshof ruins.

May 17, 2015 Had a big hotel breakfast at Raubuch for 12 euros. Feeling much better, continued onto Grenzach and checked into a so-so hotel. It was a nice town.

May 18, 2015 I walked the short distance to Basel along the sidwalk between the road and the Rhine. There were many cars, buses, and bikes headed from Germany to Basel, Switzerland. They were mostly Germans with jobs in Basel. Bernhard, a Swiss lawyer I had walked part of the 2014 Camino with, met me at the train station.
