Road outside Narbonne
October 19, 2019 Got an early start at 7 AM. It was not light until about an hour later. Road D6113 was rather busy. Once I got on D24 walking was much more pleasant. Many fields of grapes and mostly flat farmland. At midday I had a coffee in a bar and watched some of the rugby world cup.
Got to Lezignen about 1 PM and checked into the sport hostel. I had a room to myself for 20 euros. Nice clean place. A young staff person who spoke English got me settled in. Saw some of the sites and had hamburger & fries for dinner. Walked about 22 km.
