Snow at Roncesville, Spain
November 14, 2019 When I looked outside at 6:30 AM it was snowing. But by 8:00 when breakfast was finished, it had stopped. A chilly good day for walking with no rain or snow.
I walked quite a while with the Canadians. I walked a little with a young black French guy from Marseille. He had started in Le Puy and initially was with 7 others for about a week. But after that he saw no other pilgrims for 3 weeks.
I was the first to check into the hostel in Zubiri. Later I saw many of the others arrive from the previous nights hostel. Most everyone ate in the hostel kitchen. I shared a room with a rude Italian guy who was biking, and two Spanish women from Mallorca.
