November 19, 2008 The trail to TAI was fairly steep. Also I was slowed by a team of donkeys that walked ahead of me on a narrow trail. Eventually I was able to pass them where the trail was wide.
Part of the trail just before Tai was against a steep rock wall adjacent to the river. The trail was constructed by placing rocks into the river next to the wall. Tai was a very nice looking town.
I had a dal bhat lunch in Dharapani. It felt good to fill up since I had not been eating that much. The last hour to Timang was up a steep trail. Had a great view there.
