December 14, 2008 I left before Brad and Osa did. From Tharepati it was a steep descent of 3000 feet to Melamchigaon where I had lunch. Then I dropped another 1500 feet to the river and climbed 2000 feet up to Tarkeghyang where I stayed the night. The family that ran the lodge were very friendly and pleasant.
