Wednesday, June 8, 1988 In the morning we had breakfast and waited for the sun to hit our tent. We left early morning and hiked to the third pass which overlooked the ruins of Puyupata-marca. We ate lunch at the ruins. Trying to find the Inca Trail at the bottom of the ruins, I fell headfirst off one of the terraces with my pack on.
