April 23, 2024 I left early again on a quiet morning. It was a pleasant walk, mostly quiet trails. It was a steep descent to the river and then somewhat steep gain to Chantada. Had a coffee break there. Just outside of Chantada ran into some unfriendly dogs. Eventually got to the rural Hotel Vilaseco. I ran into Mario on the road and he came with me. We were the only ones in the hotel. They had nice accomodations for pilgrims and we enjoyed a filling menu del dia that night.

April 24, 2024 Mario and I walked together via the Mt Faro route. Very scenic although a bit tiring to me. We stayed at the albergue in Rodeiro with Lars, Lens and Tizianna. I was surprised to see them. Mario, Tizianna & I had a nice dinner at local restaurant.
