Once the stringer was winched across as far as it would go, it had to be lifted into place. Two timber carriers were used for this purpose
Bolts secured the stringers to the support logs.
The volunteers helped to construct and place 3 stringers to the bridge. The Forest Service Trail Crew were to finish the project in 2-3 days.
